What do you do / sell?
We do not sell manufacturer coupons which is prohibited by
manufacturer and the law. We are a clipping service. Our charges are for our
labor, pulling, cutting, clipping, sorting, shipping, supplies, stamps, etc.
Our service only clip manufacturers coupons: no prints or no counterfeits.
Returns/Exchanges
Coupons are time sensitive. We do not offer Returns or Exchanges. In the event that you request a cancellation after payment is made either a refund minus the PayPal fee or an instore credit will be issued, PayPal no longer refunds the fee when a refund is made.

We ship Monday to Saturday only
What is your cut off time for shipping?
7 AM central time Monday through Saturday with the exception of Wednesday is 5 AM.
Are you ever late on shipping?
We are pretty good with keeping up with our shipping schedule.
Mondays are the busiest days. We may need one extra day to ship every so often.
Especially when there are 3 or more inserts.
How much do you charge for shipping?
First Class Shipping -USPS First class mail (stamps), $0.99 3-10
business days. No tracking
First Class with Tracking $3.49 3-10 business days.
USPS Priority mail $7.49, estimated 2-4 business days with
tracking.
USPS express mail is $25.50, 1-3 business days with tracking and guarantee
by USPS for the shipping cost only.

Fed Ex Available (Mon- Fri) please email for quote most major
cities $28-30 for priority overnight (During heavy shipping times Fed Ex is way
more reliable than USPS)
How long is shipping?
USPS First Class mail up to 10 business days.
USPS Priority mail 2-4 days
USPS Express mail 1-2 days (Most areas)
These are guidelines from the time of shipment and are not

How long should I wait for my item before contacting you of no show?
Please allow 10 business days for regular mail.
ALL non receipt claims MUST notify us within 30 days (One Month) from the date
of purchase.
How to check on my order status?
If you had sign up an account with us, log in, go to order
history, and click on the order you want to check on. If your order has
tracking on it you will get an email from pay pal with your tracking number.
I had sent email on site and haven't heard back from anyone yet.
We answer our emails very fast, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please send

Is there a minimum or a maximum?
NO NEVER.
What if we need more than what is listed?
We are only an email away. Please email us to list more inventory.
What happen is i need a coupon that is out of stock?
Please email us. I may have them but are not yet aware it’s out of
stock.
When do you list your coupons?
We start listing the coupons Saturday around noon central time.

What if I don't have a Pay Pal account?
We accept Paypal, credit cards, and
debit cards. You will need to select Paypal as payment method. It will bring
you to Paypal's secure check out page. There will be this option : Don't have an paypal account ? select this option to check out with your credit card
or debit card.
I see that you charge a flat rate for shipping if I make a second order can you
remove the shipping charge?
We are sorry but no. Our system will only recognize it that way.
There are also fees associated with each transaction that we have to pay. In
order to keep our cost low please make one transaction.
Why does it matter if we pay everything in one transaction or separate?
We would like to keep our cost low so we can continue to offer our
customers the best pricing. With each paying transactions, there are fees
associated to it. Not to mention, this will slow down our shipping and
processing time.
I bought 3 separate orders, why are they not mailed together?
We respectfully ask that our customers keep purchases in one
transaction. When you place 3 separate orders, we cannot guarantee it will get
mailed out together. With over 50-100 customers to ship to daily, we don’t
always know that you have 3 orders. Best way is to keep it all in one order.
Why can't I log in or why am I blocked?
We value our customers and wishes the same in return.
However, it is not always the case. You will get blocked from our site
for these reasons:
1. repeated claims of "non received orders"
2. repeated claims of "wrong coupons or miss
counted"
3. Rudeness
4. Unreasonable
5. Failing to recognize that we are not USPS.
6. Open case with Paypal without contacting us. We are here
to assist you.
All non-receipt or item not as described claims MUST notify us within 30
